About this Project
The Okanagan Symphony Orchestra (OSO) is a professional orchestra performing throughout the Okanagan for the past 65 years. The OSO performs repertoires from Baroque to contemporary, with a commitment to women, Canadian and Indigenous artists.
The OSO creates a brochure for each season that is printed and distributed and also available via the website. In the 2024-2025 season, the OSO was searching for a new artistic director, and the theme for the year was one of transition. To illustrate this idea, I designed the brochure to alternate between dark grey and light grey, a less stark and more elegant visual than solid white and black, and connected the pages with a graphic swoop.
As they were also celebrating their 65th anniversary, I designed a “65th logo” to be used across a variety of marketing materials.
